Google is no doubt very skillful in constructing new workplace for their staff, just like other famous technology firms.

Last week, the firm just celebrated an opening ceremony for its new headquarters on a seaside of Venice (Los Angeles, USA). It consists of a set of buildings with most comfortable facilities and massive relaxing places designed by architect Frank Gehry.

Google's Los Angeles office includes both engineering operations and North American advertising sales teams. Hiring a Virtual Assistant (VA) from Globolstaff can be a great way to handle your busy times of the year or to get the extra help you need for occasional projects. However, lots of businessmen or webmasters still keep asking themselves same questions as: “how can I trust a VA I have not met in person?"," how do I train my VA to do what I want?", or "how can I communicate with them to send assignments and work updates?”, etc every time they are interested in our VA services.

If you are one of the above people, please do not much worry! You can do all of those things because all of our staff work in the same office under our management. You will not only have your own VA working on your projects but also have a team leader to take care of the VA's work and IT supporting team. Daily reports will be sent to you at the end of each day. Moreover, you can communicate directly with your team leader and your VAs via IM (skype, Gtalk...) and Teamviewer software. In case Assistants do occasionally leave (or not work out), you shouldn't have to pay to re-train a new assistant each time this happens because we will take the duty of retraining them.
