What are the main services you provide?

We provide all sorts of internet marketing services including Data entry, SEO, Backlink, Web analytics, Content Writing, Link Building, Blogging, Viral Marketing, Email marketing, Link Wheel, CL etc.

If you need to do anything that is repetitive and boring daily, then you can outsource to us.

Your charges are attractive. What next? How should we start?

We will start the training process which takes about 1-2 days and arrange the staff to work for you.

Is there a minimum contract period?

Yes, the minimum of contract is 1 month. You can terminate the contract anytime with a notice of at least 7 days in advance, so that we are able to use our resources somewhere else.

During free time, will the agents do some other work for us?

We agree that you are paying for the agent and their time, therefore they will work on some other projects for you.

What is the training process? How are your agents trained?

We need your training material, details of your project and tasks. Live training via Instant Messenger such as Skype, AIM, YIM or MSN is needed for complicated project.

Your support is needed in starting to understand the whole process; once all this is done we start working over project within 2 days after the confirmation of availability of staffs.

How many hours/week will your staff work for me?

For full-time staff, he/she will work for 8 hours/day and 5.5 days/week, which is 44 hours weekly.

Do you provide 24/7 services?

Our staff  is working from 7:00 – 11:00 am and 1:30- 5:30 pm (GMT+7) from Monday to Friday and 7:00- 11:00 am on Saturday. At this moment, we don’t provide 24/7 services yet.

How to communicate with your staff?

All customers can communicate directly with their staffs via email or IM (skype, MSN, YM..) and customers can access to staff’s desktop with team viewer if necessary.

Will the staff work at home or in an office?

All of staffs will be working in Staff Hub, which is based in Vietnam, Malaysia or China. The staff will be supported by our team/group leader and technician to make sure that he/she does your work well. In fact, you will have a whole team to work for you.

What about Report?

The reports are sent across to you by e-mail Daily at the end of our working time (5:30 pm, GMT+7) or you can check online report with Google Docs.

What are your payment terms?

All payments are required in advance. Payments must be received by us before we start the services. If we not received payment in advance we can suspend services. In exceptional cases we may continue working otherwise we suspend the services until receipt of payment.

You can wire us payment to our bank account in Singapore. You can also pay us using Western Union & Paypal. Cost of wire transfer and or transaction is to be borne by client.

What about the agreements and NDA’s procedure?

We will sign up proper legal agreement and NDA’s (Non Disclosure Agreement) with mutual terms and conditions so that there never occurs any violation etc.

Will you be ready to work under my brand name and your employee’s too?

Absolutely we will be working under your brand name and our employees will like yours, this is what we call Staff Augmentation or Manpower Outsourcing. You will get your client and their projects done totally under your brand name.

Does you guys have the software to do the conduit method, are you fluent with it to build thousand links in no time ? Also can you build the application for the pad submitting?

We are familiar to conduit.com method & we also can create simple conduit software and pad file.
