I can vouch for GS's services. The staff is reliable and almost always never fail to send us daily report on time. Before I went with GS, I was looking for full-time virtual assistant over at a handful of job sites. I can't tell you how much time I've wasted on training the VAs I had hired. If you've found anyone reliable, you will probably hire him/her to take charge of the entire team--but that is going to take you some good months to find someone who is trust worthy.

I have 2 full time employees, and 2 part timers thru them. I have worked with several staffing companies, and I am impressed with globolstaff, and prefer them above the rest. They are completely flexible on how you work with staff, plus they provide excellent reports every day, and are just on top of stuff. Been working with them for over a month now, and very pleased |

I have been using them for a few months now, and I am very pleased. Once the staff is coached on what to do, they do it. I am using them for link building. If there is a problem, they communicate immediately, and they send daily reports. As my business expands, I will be using them more. |

Fellow BHers, I have used their services before and they are awesome! I had a project to create a wordpress theme. Told the client it would take a week to do they got it done in UNDER 48 hours! These guys simply put ROCK! I would however highly recommend that you get their services now as they do tend to fill up quickly with new clients...

I'd like to recommend this company. We've been working with them for nearly two months now and so far it's all been great.
They communicate very well and are easy to contact. The workers are flexible and open to suggestions on how to improve their performance. At first the work progressed a little slow; but after the worker and I discussed how to streamline things, the speed increased by more than 50%. Every day you get a good overview of the work done in the form of a shared Google doc and if the worker is ill f.e. you get an email. The very polite management does a good job checking everything is going well.

I have worked with Globolstaff before Xmas for about 6 weeks and was very pleased with their customer service. Staff are very helpful and work hard to please you as a client. The only reason I stopped hiring them is because my PC got infected with a Trojan (from visiting a PLR site of all sites mind you) and I lost all my training files.

I have one full time person doing blog commenting, forum posting, Angela's list, and link wheels. (For about 15 sites of mine)
I am in my second month and have recommended to a friend, so that says worth it right there. And, I plan on continuing.
My reports come in a Google Docs spreadsheet with a new tab for each day, I like that because I can go back and forth, and review and it is online. The work seems about right for the time put in. (Technically I am faster, but aren't we all) My communication with my VA is a C+, we have to go back and forth a few times to get things clear, which says a couple of things, she wants to make sure it is clear, and I may or may not be the best communicator. Truthfully we are much better than when she started. Probably a factor of figuring each other out. Probably a B+ now.
On the other hand, the blog posts are excellent. (Honestly, I was surprised, as the english in the posts that represent me is quite a bit better than our communication back and forth. Go figure, but glad it is not the other way.)
There have been no hiccups as far as schedule, time, delays, etc. (I can tell stories about others I have hired "I didn't work all last week, because I hurt my foot.") You hurt your foot? and can't type?? You type with your foot? WTF?? I digress, anyway. . . One kind of downside is the timezone, they start at 7:00 pm EST, so I usually try to be available to answer any questions, not necessary, but like to.
I keep new tasks going every day, but have a few tasks as "back up" tasks in case my instructions were not clearly understood.
A nice bonus - my VA is very cheerful and upbeat. That is kind of cool.
Overall. Service is worth it. valuable, consistent and will help you. |

I am very happy to being working with globolstaff...I started with one part time worker and quickly moved to multiple full time employees with Dorita being my manager in charge of the other employees. They will always be on time and online when you they should and will go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Hey everybody,
I've been using Globolstaff for over two weeks now, and I'm really impressed with their diligent work-ethic, professionalism, and skills.
I've been using one-off services from Buy/Sell Services here on BHW, and elsewhere, but this is my first time hiring a full-time staffer -- whether outsourced, or in-person.
I first contacted Globolstaff a couple of months ago with a long list of very detailed questions. I quickly received a very detailed reply to all of my questions. The communications with everyone there is very easy, and very professional. Despite the time difference, I never have any problems contacting anyone there via IM or email. I haven't tried the phone - but I'm sure that wouldn't be difficult either...
I don't want to make this sound like I have to constantly stay in touch with them - quite the contrary. I send them my instructions file, and they're off and running. I receive daily reports with details about their progress. If anyone there has a question about a process - they send me an email with their questions, and then start working on a workaround or fix, or start working on another task until I am able to reply.
For the most part, I have always given them very specific step by step instructions for my tasks. They've performed them quickly, efficiently, and exactly as I have specified.
Until last night... (This is a good thing - read on)
It has been pretty tough to keep the pipeline full so to speak. They're so fast and efficient at blazing through the tasks I assign, that I found myself at a crucial junction in my strategy, but had not finished the instructions for the next phase of assignments. Last night I gave my programmer some pretty vague instructions, for this important phase of my process - really just a couple of sentences.... This morning, I woke up and saw that this was done exactly how I had pictured it in my mind, exactly like I wanted - and with quality results.
I had not doubts - but I'm pleasantly surprised that I am able to chalk up a quick conceptual outline, 5 minutes before I go to bed, half asleep, and wake up in the morning to my tasks fully realized.
These folks are professionals - bar none.
They've got a great staff and the IT infrastructure to support whatever tasks you assign, as well as scale-up when additional staff are needed (I'm hoping to add another staffer within the next month).
I'll check back in, in a couple of weeks - to give you another update.

I am currently using them, I only started 15 days ago, but I think you guys are worried about too much. How is their staff turn-over?...who cares..they specialize in this so they understand the basics of backlinking, linkwheeling etc...when they say train they mean more like get to know your particular site. It's not like a whole big training session you have to do.
How hard do you need to ride these guys to keep them productive? You have to provide the links or instructions on how to find links. If they have to find them, you will get less productivity, if you provide the links they crank it out. I talk to my guy everyday to make sure he has enough work. My biggest problem is find more links for him...they crank that shit OUT! Do they provide any weekly/monthly report....This is the beauty...they are 14 hours ahead of us (PST anyway) I wake up 6 days a week with a report waiting in my email. So to answer you question, you get a DAILY report. What infrastructure do they provide....who cares, the work gets done! Rates.... well, you tell me if it's worth $350, if you find a better deal let me know!
They are really good if you ask me, I have a full time person, and they even told me the supervisors have to check the work before sending the reports daily! At the end of the day you got a full time employee for $350/month 8 hours a day 5.5 days a week. Try it if you don't like it, stop using them.
