We've used Globol Staff for about 6 months now to replace a previous virtual assistant and we've been tremendously pleased with them.
We had some initial concerns before using them but have be very pleased with them as a company and with the person they've assigned full-time to us.

In fact, our assistant, who is highly intelligent, frequently anticipate our needs and over delivers.

We've found them to be fast and prompt with the work results and exceptionally responsive the few times small issues arose; all of which were quickly resolved to our complete satisfaction.

One concern we did have was communication and language but that has turned out to be an unnecessary concern as our assistant's language skills,while not native, have been quite satisfactory and we've encountered few problems because of it.
